Department Overview
The child care wing at Brahmanandam Hospital, Sonari runs a Level-II neonatal intensive care unit with incubators, phototherapy units, CPAP support, and a dedicated neonatal nursing team.
Preterm and low-birth-weight babies receive structured thermal, nutritional, and respiratory support, with delivery-room resuscitation cover for every high-risk birth.
Outpatient paediatrics covers growth and developmental surveillance, IAP-schedule immunisation, childhood asthma, and seasonal infectious illness.
